Our Story

It was always Kaitlin’s dream to have a coffee shop—whether it was a traveling coffee truck or a cozy local spot. She started her journey as a barista and then worked as a manager at a few coffee companies, seeing firsthand the positive impact coffee shops can have on their communities. After graduating high school during COVID, Kaitlin pursued a degree in Business Entrepreneurship online while managing a local coffee shop, learning more about specialty-grade, organic beans, and how to best highlight the tasting notes.

At just 22 years old, she decided to take the leap and pursue her dream of owning her own café. After months of searching, she found the perfect location in Manchester’s North End. With a little help of her stepdad, Dan, they built the space themselves—framing, flooring, and designing it from the ground up. Now, that vision has come to life, and she can’t wait to share it with the community!

Kaitlin has been part of the coffee industry for over 8 years and is passionate about crafting the highest-quality coffee while supporting her local community in any way she can. Thoughtful, hardworking, and full of enthusiasm for what she loves—especially coffee—Kaitlin brings care and joy to every cup she serves. When she’s not behind the counter, you might find her paddleboarding, cooking, or finding new ways to give back to her community .She also loves coming up with custom drinks if you’re unsure what you want—or chatting about all things coffee with anyone curious!
